     Home can reflect who we are, how we organize and design a house is reflection of our personality. To realize the dream home that represents our desire , the firsting to do is make a plan. With an exellent planning, we can predict what kind house we are building, how much money should be spent and how long it took to make it happen. Following preparation to build a house, there are some things we have to consider before building houses
. Follow these steps : 
     1. Estimate your building costs, How much money should we spend to build or remodel a house? Maybe not as much what you think! after you discuss with your family, start to count and write down the expensesto build or remodel your house in order to control your spending. Here are planning to estimate the money that should be spend :

• Create an initial estimate cost, determine the costs that you are prepared in accordance with the budgets and your house model , so have a match between the plan and the money you have.

• Observe the price of land, a cheap price but you have to cut the tree to clean the land and flatten the location could lead to greater costs.

• Make a simple building, a complicated model will require huge cost and long periods time. Prepare your home based on the room you need, so there is no space unused.

• Use recycle materials, such as using recycle wood to used for casting. As long still have a good conditions we can used it.

• Use of natural energy, where the sun shine come into your house? , proper placement of windows so that sunlight can reach in every room will save the use of electricity, we can turn off the lamp within a day. And its good for air circulating.

• Perform self finishing, we can do the part we are capable of doing such as painting, land scaping or we can do everything it will save costs and provide its own satisfaction. 

      2. Determine location, consider function of location for residence or to open a business. Infra structure such as access to the location, availability of source water should not difficult for us. 
      3. Make a home design, every single part of the house even a mansion it all begins with a dream. Sketch your dream! No need a great ability in technical drawing, as long you can pour your inspiration into a paper to present the home that will be made, no matter if  you do it yourself. But if it not sure you can use home designer, of course you are required to pay for each square meters of your design. Its important to make a whole house design before you built, if there is a plan in a future to expand or renovate the existing one. Even we realize only a part of your plan. 
      4. Build a team, unless you plan to do entire project by yourself, you'll need to hire a helper. Finding the best team to build or remodeling house project goes beyond a simple reference check. Naturally you need a qualified and strong persons to choose. 
     5. Set up your contract, negotiate the contract with the helpers our project whether we will pay them daily all full contracts, depending on the job, time required and of course your money.
